Manufacturing
Starting from raw materials, LOPO controls every process detail through a complete system of vacuum extrusion, drying, firing, cutting, grinding and carving.
Since its founding in 2002, LOPO has focused on innovation in extruded terracotta technology. From 2018 to 2022, it maintained more than 30% market share for five consecutive years, ranking first in the industry as a leading professional terracotta building materials manufacturer in China.
With three production bases and more than RMB 600 million in total investment, LOPO operates eight modern production lines for terracotta panels, bricks and custom components, ranking among the world leaders in terracotta facade capacity.
LOPO products are exported to more than 20 countries. Long-term strategic partnerships with Vanke, China Resources Land, China Merchants Shekou and other leading developers demonstrate its R&D strength and large-scale delivery capability.
From raw materials, vacuum extrusion, a 100-meter five-layer drying kiln and a 260-meter tunnel kiln to automatic shaping, cutting, grinding and CNC carving, LOPO maintains a stable and controllable process.
Quality controlled from the source
LOPO focuses on source and technology, starting from raw materials and controlling each process detail to ensure every terracotta panel reaches strict quality requirements.
Automated lines complete product shaping, cutting and polishing, while fully automatic CNC mosaic carving machines support complex textures, patterns and shaped customization.
LOPO provides a complete terracotta product matrix for facade systems, exterior decoration and paving applications, with full-dimensional customization support.

Flat terracotta panels cover multiple surface textures and glaze finishes for architectural curtain walls and exterior decoration, supporting customized dimensions and facade solutions.

Custom sections, arcs, corners and decorative forms can be developed for complex facade designs, combining expressive geometry with terracotta material performance.

Selected natural clay is fired at high temperature. Dovetail grooves improve adhesion, while acid, alkali and freeze-thaw resistance support long-term exterior wall performance.

Customizable sections and surface finishes combine architectural expression with shading performance, widely used in high-end commercial and public buildings.
Products are exported to 20+ countries, with mature international trade services and cross-border project delivery capabilities. Overseas business accounts for 20%.
Key coverage: South Korea, Japan, the United States, Australia, Canada, Russia, Dubai, Qatar, Finland, Zambia and other countries and regions.
Standard products can be supplied within 20 days, helping large projects stay on schedule.
Stable physical properties from natural materials support a safety commitment aligned with the building life cycle.
